Water Treatment Plant

Today is 3/13/13 and M. Mike is here. First thing that Alton said to Mr. Mike was, "Are you having the summer cartooning camp this summer?"  We already have students asking about it, so we spoke to the whole class briefly about  the fact that we will have it. Jim. Mike, and I are thinking about having the camp for one week-two session-morning and afternoon.  It might be something to try.  The students are drawing a water treatment plant today. We discussed yesterday how this trreatment plant works. We read about it in the 4th grade student book from the module Land and Water. It is so so quiet right now.  They are so "into" how the treatment plant functions while drawing it.  So cool!!  Mr. Mike scanned some of the drawings the students have done so far this year. I can't wait to see how we place this drawings on this site.
